A light to medium pressure massage used to promote relaxation and enhance circulation. This is one of the most common massages offered and is typically full body.
Targets the deeper layers of muscles and tissues by using slower strokes and focused pressure. It's beneficial in treating chronic pain and injury recovery.
Uses slow, intentional strokes and sustained pressure to lengthen, spread and differentiate muscles and fascial planes.
Static stretching, active range of motion and active assisted range of motion may be used to help relax muscles and promote circulation. Stretching and mobility may also be done with cups on.
Uses negative pressure to pull superficial and deep muscles into the cup (with the appropriate amount of pressure)improving the space between tissues and increasing blood flow to the area. Cups can be silicone, plastic or glass and vary in sizes.
A science based technique that uses active mobility and engages the client in treatment. Cups are intentionally placed with a specific amount of pressure and then the client is instructed through various movements while the cups are on. Once the cups are removed, the client is instructed through additional movements to re-educate the body on how it is supposed to move.
